HealthCare Benchmarking
Our healthcare customers or internal users have not been provided with sufficient insight into their business to be able to quickly make adjustments and keep their businesses running smoothly. This project will provide external and internal users with the insights they need to make rapid, informed decisions to benefit their businesses. The tool will be provided to all segments of healthcare – Acute Care and LTC. The tool could be used in other segments who would like to track and compare performance across units. The tool would provide a differentiator for customer.

Interacting with the direct, end-user allows maximum focus on ROI, mitigates risks, validates requirements, and ensures a successful solution and tool.

Total number of tools and relevant services evaluated: 10
Industries assessed include healthcare, sales, manufacturing and distribution, education, insurance, not-for-profit, and life sciences
Benchmarking tools and benchmarking service providers were evaluated
Customizable as well as standardized tools were also evaluated
Concept Design
Requirements backlog, competitive analysis, and provisional personas informed design of the initial concept
Initial design is focused on the customer persona
Inspiration for design is drawn from the heart rate monitor at Orange Theory Fitness— to enable customers to quickly gauge whether they are hitting their desired targets
