Vacation Villas for Rent
Goals:
Built a website and generate traffic to the website. Site was built to highlight each of the 6 Villas, include rental reservations, and payment options. Utilize the Website to include information on fishing events, competitions, and calendar views. 
Who We Are
Welcome to a great vacation place at Sam Rayburn Lakes.
Our six Villas at Sam Rayburn are beautiful.
Accommodations in Mediterranean style homes with all the comforts of home. 
Every Villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
3 bedroom Villas, each bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closets.
Challenges:
Create awareness about Sam Rayburn Villas and differentiate from any others in the area. Budget limitations also prevented from advertising.

Survey / Competitive Analysis:
Conducted an on-site review of available house through AirBNB and proximity of small motels in the area.
Research: 
Secondary research and competitive analysis were done.
Questions asked to get deeper understanding of the user and problem.

How to find and connect with ideal customers? 
How to build credibility and trust? 
How to communicate their uniqueness and proximity to great fishing.
How to build relationship with customers? 
How should I convey the outcome for them to appreciate? 

Competitive Analysis:
There were very few hotels in the area but many homes for rent.
SWOT Analysis:
To better understand the challenge at hand, SWOT identified.
Utilize Airbnb and social media to create awareness
House rental fees needed to be priced right for what the amenities included. Rental fees could in fact be 10-15% lower than a motel but with better features.Other homes could follow the same messaging strategy towards fishermen.
Solution:
Site was built featuring each Villa with a story about their formation and unique attributes in their construction and proximity to Sam Rayburn Lake. Utilized AirBNB to generate awareness ability to reserve any Villa.
Brainstorming:
Realized there had to be a human connection very quickly in the ‘interest’ phase of a potential customer looking at the site. A chat option enabled. Complete explanation of the area and the attributes the Villas offered. This process needed to be responsive and at a high-level of customer service.
The site also allowed for expanded explanations of the area, the fact that Sam Rayburn Lake is a fishing paradise, and the ease in reaching the locations of the Villas.
Creating a campaign
Identified fishing sites that were utilized by local fishing folk.
Took photographs of each of the Villas, surroundings, and key features of each Villa.We identified a number of fishing online sites and placed unique blogs and testimonials. Utilized social media such as Facebook and LinkedIn to invite fishing enthusiasts to visit the website. During the year, special pricing promotions were highlighted on the website.

I created user flows with the MVP's from select fishermen we contacted:

Site flow and journey was well-received.
Pictures of Villas were very good. Explanations very clear.
Reservation form flowed well
Payment options were well accepted.
