Based on Network mission it was the time to modernize the way call logging works internally.
Idea for the project to modernize look and feel of call logging. Make information flow easier to navigate and more user friendly environment following beliefs and vision as a company: increase value, support innovation and create partnerships.
Challenges
Limitation on screen design popup window capability and some technical difficulties

Questions I needed to address:
User needs. Most common search parameters for Call logging user.
Necessary information and parameters to use on user dashboard that user can access information in matter of second to help customers with call inquiry
